Springfield Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a co-educational English medium school. It was declared open by Hon'ble Justice Mr. V. Ramaswami of Madras High Court on 12th May 1975. Since then, the school has grown to a greater height due to the sincere efforts put forth by the management and staff.
The institution has successfully accomplished 52 Glorious years in the field of educational service. A fillip is being given to co-curricular activities so as to enrich comprehensive development of each pupil.
Springfield Matriculation Higher Secondary School has been recognized by the Director of Matriculation Schools, College Road, Chennai – 600 006, which is under the control of Ministry of Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, St. George Fort, Chennai – 600 009.
